Gnocchi is one of my favorite dishes. If I know the gnocchi is good at a particular restaurant, it is highly unlikely I’ll order anything else anytime I’m there. I love everything about (good) gnocchi, the taste, the texture, the way it looks… everything! It just makes for a unique, beautiful Italian eating experience, and when it’s good, it’s comfort food at its very best.
