Overnight Breakfast Oats

I think I may be spending a little too much time on Instagram these days. And you know what happens when you spend a lot of time on Instagram? You see lots and lots and lots and lots of chia seeds. And you start thinking maybe I should give chia seeds a try. Maybe chia seeds are good. Clearly chia seeds are healthy. Everyone else is having chia seeds. I want to be one of the cool kids who puts chia seeds in her oatmeal.
Is this happening to you guys too?
